DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Administration Department oversees all Village operations and ensures the effective implementation of municipal policies through strategic professional management and planning. The department is led by the Village Administrator and is staffed by the Finance & HR Director, Management Analyst, and Deputy Clerk.

The Administration Department administers the professional engineering and legal contractual services that are utilized by the Village. Ensuring the Village is provided with quality technical counsel at a reasonable cost is our top priority.
