Public Meeting information for COVID-19

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 2020-07 (COVID-19 Executive Order No. 5), Governor Pritzker has suspended certain rules of the Open Meetings Act; specifically, that members of a public body must be physically present. Therefore, until further notice, the Village Board has chosen to conduct all Village Board and Committee meetings remotely via Zoom.

Village Hall will be closed for all public meetings to prevent unnecessary contact and possible exposure to COVID-19.

Individuals who plan to observe the meetings may do so by visiting the live stream link listed below at the scheduled meeting time.

Public Comment
Public Comment is an opportunity to address a Committee or the Village Board. Individuals who submit a Public Comment must include their name, contact information, and their comment limited to 400 words (which is equivalent to three minutes). Public Comments are not a question-answer session.
