Storm Damage: July 26, 2023

The village is aware of storm debris blocking several residential streets, primarily south of Harlem Road, as a result of Wednesday morning’s thunderstorms. Our public works crews will be working throughout the day in coordination with ComEd to clear each roadway.
ComEd has been able to restore most of the outages in the Machesney Park & Loves Park area, with approximately 3,000 customers affected. The remaining outages are expected to be restored between 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. this evening.

Approximately 3,000 customers are without power in the Machesney Park and Loves Park area. ComEd crews are working to restore power to all affected homes and businesses. An outage map may be accessed by following the link below.
